A ground beef quarter fills approximately 4-5 large grocery sacks.

Our price for 2024 is $3.50 per pound hanging weight.

Butcher costs are separate and in addition to these costs (see previous page for details).

Actual meat is about 40-50% less after cutting and de-boning.

The total cost is between $600 and $850. Variability is based on the size of the animal.

Your order will be ready for pick up or delivery approximately two weeks after the butcher comes to the farm.
